What happens on a trampoline experience?

Basically, just what you’d expect! You turn up to the trampoline park – generally it’s like a huge indoor space filled with trampolines, so loads of people can have a go at the same time without getting in each other’s way.
You get kitted out with the non-slip socks provided (bet you wondered if you could do it in trainers or bare feet) and there’s a brief safety video so you can avoid any of the things beginners might do that are unsafe.
And then off you go!!

You usually get a two hour slot, and believe me, two hours bouncing up and down is plenty for everyone.
We guarantee you’ll get hot, so wear some appropriate clothing like a track suit, and you’ll enjoy it far more.

Anything else I need to know?

You need to check the experience you choose, but generally the minimum age is six years, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
And of course you need to be reasonably fit and resilient both to enjoy it and for your own safety.

So why clutter up your back garden with a trampoline of your own when it’s so much easier and more fun to nip along to a trampolining experience?

AND don’t forget that one of these makes a fantastic gift idea for a young friend or relative – or even one who’s young at heart.
They’re so keenly priced that you can treat the whole family!
